At Diffuze, we take great care in ensuring your perfumes arrive safely and in perfect condition. Our refund policy applies only in the case of damaged items.
Eligibility
If your product arrives broken, leaking, or opened, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
Reporting Damaged Items
You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to report any damage. To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within this window via WhatsApp at +971 56 255 9259 with clear photos or video evidence of the damaged item. Reports made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Take clear photos or a video of the damaged item immediately upon receiving it

- Our team will review the evidence and get back to you as soon as possible
Non-Eligible Returns
- Items reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Items that have been used or opened by the customer
